i hope to at least to add a comment on "how tolerable is anemia for humans " , by adding this advice really does not apply to those that are elderly or have heart conditions because it is a fact death rate is much higher for this group if anemia is also present.

My husband had a heart attack
by MsMcDucket inhello all, the last 24+ hours, i've been at the hospital.
i took my husband in because he was having chest pains.
come to find out his cardiac enzymes were elevated and his ekg was abnormal.

I have to leave for work now so I will check back later for responses. You can find the KM questions for the video on reexamine web site , I don't know how to link to it maybe someone else could be so kind . It is driving me nuts how much people will trust their lives to this religion . I have read some excellant information on the AJWRB site.I even printed off a lot of it so I could read it in depth .Last night I was reading some of it ,and I just had to tell my husband about it ,but he just doesn't want to admit this religion could ever mislead it's followers ( I think he is just afraid I might be right and that would rock his world to much ) I left our discussion off with telling him about the AJWRB web site.If he wants to read anything I reprinted, he knew were I keep the folder . So I guess I'll wait and see . It just makes me nuts to know all of this and not be able to share it with my loved ones w/o fear of reprisal. Why do people chose to remain ignorrant? I told my sister finally of my changed veiw of blood ,and she just acts like I never said anything to her. I went with her on her surgeon consultation and she parroted some nonsense a HLC brother told her to ask.She had no clue about what and why she should accept certain drugs and procedures other than will the brothers approve.I did covince her to accept fractions and cell salvage ! OKAY- sorry about the ranting on and on. I think I got off subject. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH , do you think maybe PMS has something to do with it ! Oh god that's a whole other subject . Good grief I'm going to be late for work. Good- bye

My Sercuit Overseer is a JERK!
by stillAwitness inwell my sercuit overseer visit was this week and this guy is a real a-hole.
apparently our mic handlers are pretty slow.
they always take forever to give the mic to the hand-raiser and sometimes even forget to turn the stupid things on first.

Oh I can't wait for the next C.O. visit ,since his last encouraging stay I know for sure of 3 newly inactive ones ( my family) . I wonder if we will be honored by sheparding calls the week before he comes ,or maybe the illustrious one will come visit our humble abode himself .GEE that would be just swell ! Joking aside, I really do like the C.O. we have right now , has a good sense of humor and really likeable . Just makes me sad to see people like that caught up so fervently with the "lie". I wonder if I could get on common ground with him so as to anti- witness to him? His big thing is to be conversational, and let the householder have their own opinion by always replying "well that certainly is one way to look at it ".Maybe I'll try that one on him.

by Lilycurly insome of you might remember my situation....i have daed myself a while ago, and my father is the only jw in the family.
since i am very close to him and the family, he has read everything related to shunning, he even asked elders and even them are not sure.
so he wrote a big long letter to bethel to have an answer.

Dear Lilycurl, Your Dad would benefit greatly by considering the example Jesus set for everyone # 1 . Treat others as we would want to be treated. If Jesus had acted as the Pharisaism WTBS would suggest, he never would have spoken to the woman at the well, never would have spoken to much less touched the leprous man , would not have healed the woman with the constant flow of blood (probably would have had her stoned though ). The WTS clouds up the beauty of the spirit of love Jesus actually taught . Tell him to re-read those accounts w/o watchtower influence and let the spirit of love there really touch his heart . Then as others advise- tell him to stop asking permission to love his daughter . If it means associating with you w/o others needing to know, well then fine, since he is the only witness in the family there should be no worry bothering someone else's conscience. I truely hate that you are going through this ! And I hate that your Dad has to go through this too. From my own experience I can say the BIGGEST mistake I have made in my life was going against my own conscience and gut feelings. For more than 20 yrs. I shunned my older brother , it makes me sick to admit , during those years I waivered back and forth talking to him occasionally, but never being in his life. Now I am determined to make up for that lost time , if he even wants that now. If your Dad could only see ahead how much pain he will cause for him and yourself ,he would stop asking now and go with his heart on what he knows is right.

Well now let's ,see that's 7 -RV's , 0 -NH's , and I've been on three hours .I'd say "what a good morning I've had !" now if I give some old mag.'s to the garbage man today , I could count those as placements. Thanks for all your help today guys !

We actually had a special needs talk about this ( internet witnessing) a couple of years ago . The need was against doing so . Then a few meetings later a sis was D'fd. hmmmm. It was stressed we maybe contacting Apostates when on the internet .Well duh !
